Standard Billing Policies

• Two hour minimum charge on all assignments, jobs billed at hour intervals after first two hours.
• More than 24 hours is required for cancellation or job will be billed for full time requested.
• Request made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to an added fee.
• Interpreters are scheduled based on level required by state licensure, the nature of the job and interpreter’s availability.
• Because of the mental and physical demands of Sign Language interpreting; for all assignments over two hours, two interpreters will be assigned to spell each other. Each interpreter will still remain present to provide support to the other even when in the “off” position. Unless it is determined by the interpreting agency that one is sufficient for your needs.
