Help Us Make Independent Living Possible
Michael is now living independently in his own home with the help of MERIL and the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program.
More than half of MERIL’s board members and staff have a disability. We use our experiences to guide people with disabilities toward more independent lives.

Spread the word about us!
We need your help with our outreach efforts. Our goal is to let everyone in Northwest Missouri know about the services we offer so they can get the assistance they need if they ever happen to experience a disability.
You can help us by telling everyone you know about the work we are doing. They may know someone we can help.
You can like us on Facebook, encourage someone to sign up for our newsletters, print our brochure, or post one of our flyers at your organization:
Download our flyer for Andrew, Buchanan, and Nodaway counties.

Use Giving Assistant
Shop at thousands of stores and earn cash back. You can then donate some or all of your cash-back earnings to MERIL!
Use GoodSearch
Set Goodsearch as your default search engine. Each time you search, a penny will be donated to MERIL. That really adds up!
Donate Supplies
Call us to find out what items we can accept. People in our community could use lift chairs, portable metal ramps, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bed rails, grab bars, incontinence supplies, and more.
Volunteer
We could use your help around the office or out in the community. Let us know what you are interested in doing, and we’ll put your time to good use!
