The best way we can help you is by learning about you.

Call us and tell us about your health condition or disability.
We'll help you find what you need.

Need help around the house?

The CDS program lets you use Medicaid to hire someone - even a friend or relative - to help with cleaning, cooking, shopping, bathing, and more.

Bridge Interpreting

Sign Language interpreters are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Serving Northwest Missouri and the Kansas City Metro.

Difficulty using the phone or computer?

Try out phones and devices designed for people with low hearing, low vision, or other types of disabilities. Our demonstration site is open to the public. You may qualify for free devices!

Nurse visits in your home

Our professional and respectful in-home nurses can help with medication set-ups, diabetic nail care, skin monitoring, and vital sign checks.

Make your space accessible to everyone.

Is your home, business, or public space accessible to people with disabilities? We are here to offer advice about ADA compliance, emergency preparedness, and home modifications (installing ramps, etc.).

Transition to a more independent lifestyle.

We can guide you as you learn new skills (budgeting, cooking, etc.), prepare for life after school, or move from a nursing home back into the community.

You can do small things right now to help people with disabilities.
